Job Responsibilities:

· Ensuring company’s procedures comply with employment regulations.

· Analysing existing policies, and making changes as appropriate.

· Assessing areas where policies are needed and create new policies as required.

· Managing and training the HR team.

· Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and lateness.

· Accessing the need for tra
ining and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly.

· Supporting managers and staff by dealing with employee grievances or conflicts.

· Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits.

Skills Requirements:

· Excellent English Language Speaking Skills

· Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalise ideas.

· Strong leadership skills to guide an HR team and support and motivate staff.

· A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law

· The ability to remain calm in stressful situations including during disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts.

· Knowledge of the relevant computer systems and software programs

· Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

· Solid ethics and morals and sound judgement

Qualifications:

· MBA/BBA with specialisation in Human Resource Management

· HR certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) will be a plus.

Experience:

· 2-3 years of HR experience (Assistant HR Manager)

· 3-5 years of HR experience in managerial role

Work mode:

Work from Office.

Shift Time:

10am-7pm
