As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you would be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and convert potential customers into paying customers.

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented individual to clean, refine, and organize customer and business data that data to help convert leads into paying customers. Your job will directly support our sales process by ensuring data accuracy and proactively turning qualified contacts into active clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and correct customer/business data from various sources.
• Standardize and verify contact information.
• Research missing or incomplete information as needed
• Organize and tag leads for sales follow-up
• Reach out to warm leads via phone or email to qualify or convert them
• Document activity, updates, and outcomes in CRM or Excel
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify high-value opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Basic experience with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems
• Good communication skills — written and verbal
• Comfortable doing research and light outreach to prospects
• Self-motivated and organized
• Experienced in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
