Location: Bahria Town Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Pakistan

Shift Timings: 9 PM - 6 AM PST On-Site (Remote/WFH not available)

Summary

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our sales strategy, proactively reaching out to prospects to generate new business opportunities. Your ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and identify potential cust
omers will be critical to our success. This position is perfect for individuals with a hunter mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for sales.

Your Role

Proactively prospect and engage with potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social media.

Identify high-potential accounts and key decision-makers within target industries.

Conduct consultative conversations to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and business goals.

Effectively communicate the value of our products and services, aligning them with customer pain points.

Qualify leads based on defined criteria and hand them off to the sales team for further engagement.

Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in CRM systems like Salesforce.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to refine your sales approach.

Meet and exceed activity targets and lead qualification quotas.

Job Specification:

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in outbound sales prefered.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English Language to engage and build rapport with international clients.

A strong understanding of sales principles and a desire to grow in sales, lead qualification, and customer engagement.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and stay organized.

Excellent time-management skills to handle a high volume of leads efficiently.

Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, or Genesys is a plus.

Experience in engaging with international audiences is a plus.

Must be available to work onsite at in the Night Shift from 9 PM to 6 AM Pakistan Standard Time.
