As a Business Development Representative for Spectrum at IZOC Solutions, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, working closely with international clients to identify opportunities for growth and success.
While no prior experience is required, we will train the right candidate!
A successful Business Development Representative (BDR) is an effective listener, communicator, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They are curious and passionate about learning the ever-evolving landscape of selling on Amazon and other eCommerce marketplaces. By leveraging a consultative approach, they uncover key growth opportunities by engaging potential clients in discussions about their selling goals.
In this role, the BDR will first undergo eCommerce training and complete data entry tasks, email communication, and other clerical duties as part of their training process. After this phase, the BDR will engage with a large pipeline of potential clients, creating personalized video tutorials or audits using Loom to generate sales leads for Spectrum. They will schedule appointments via phone or email, coordinating with Business Development Executives/Managers to qualify clients. The BDR must also be skilled at overcoming obstacles while pitching Spectrum's services.

Basic Eligibility Qualifications:
• Fresh Graduates (no experience required; we will train the right candidate!)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Effective listener and Communicator.

Responsibilities
• Manage, organize, and prioritize sales pipeline effectively, input potential leads into our database, and follow up on leads and opportunities promptly to ensure consistent progress towards sales targets.
• Identify and engage potential clients in need of eCommerce growth services, particularly for platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more.
• Passionate and self-driven to create 20 or more sales outreach videos within the assigned Timelines.
• Conduct proactive account audits and record engaging videos highlighting strategies to grow sales and improve Amazon listings (full training provided).
• Reach out to clients via email to follow up regarding the submitted video/opportunity audits.
• Book video conference calls for our Business Development Executives / Managers to conduct a business growth strategy session with interested clients and highlight sales growth opportunities by partnering with Spectrum BPO.
• Make outbound calls and process inbound calls to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Accurately perform data entry tasks as per business requirement.
• Handle daily email communication efficiently to ensure timely responses to client inquiries and internal coordination.
• Perform clerical tasks such as maintaining client records, scheduling meetings, and organizing files to support overall business operations.
• Professionally take up any other related duties as assigned.
Salary PKR 50,000 - 60,000
