Sequel Technologies, a software company providing healthcare IT and medical billing services to the US market.

Responsibilities

· Manage accounting transactions for customers and vendors.

· Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with finance and non-finance teams.

· Analyze and produce financial reports.

· Review month-end close reports and highlight issues.

· Suggest ways to improve accounting processes and efficiency.

· Plus: Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS.

· Plus: Accounting/Bookkeeping certification or relevant degree.

· Plus: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Qualification/Skills

· BS in Accounting & Finance, BBA with a focus on accounting (ACCA/CA candidates should not apply).

· Preferably 1-2 years of accounting experience, especially in international operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Management Reporting).

· Strong written and verbal English communication with no grammatical mistakes.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines.

· General business knowledge and analytical skills.

· QuickBooks experience is required.

Timings

· Night Shift (Summer): 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

· Night Shift (Winter): 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
