Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages that align with marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate design concepts into fully functional web pages that drive engagement and conversions.
• Implement and maintain web pages, ensuring they are optimized for performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Create interactive UI components that enhance user experience across various digital marketing platforms, including websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure the website is aligned with ongoing promotional campaigns, SEO strategies, and brand guidelines.
• Optimize web content for maximum visibility, accessibility, and usability.
• Conduct regular testing of web pages for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Analyze website performance and implement improvements in load times, design elements, and functionality to enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services needed for marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development and web design to continually enhance digital marketing efforts.
• Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure consistent visual design and branding across digital assets.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of dynamic email templates and other marketing materials that require front-end development.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the team lead.

Qualification/Skills
• Experience required: 2+ years in frontend development, preferably in a marketing or digital marketing environment.
• Position type: Mid-level
• Education: BS Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frontend technologies.
• Proficiency in frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to web development.
• Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Timings
• 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (US Time-zone)
