Responsibilities

· Communicate with US-based clients (hospitals, clinics, doctors) via portals, phone, and email to resolve issues.

· Interact with US healthcare insurance companies (Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS) to stay updated on policies.

· Work with internal teamsto solve client problems and improve software.

· Ensure quality checks for client requests and software updates.

· Coordinate with third-party vendors for services like billing, prescriptions, and lab setups.

· Stay informed about medical billing trends and updates.

Qualifications/Skills

· A Bachelors degree from a reputable university
Punctuality is a must.

· Good English communication skills are essential.

· Basic understanding of medical billing, reporting, and EDI interchange is a plus.

· Freshies are encouraged to apply
