Job Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented business analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, preferably within the EHR (Electronic Health Record)/healthcare domain, and will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create clear and concise user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Collaborate with design teams using Figma to create wireframes and UI mockups.
• Analyze clinical workflows and propose improvements that align with product and user goals.
• Facilitate effective communication between business, design, and development teams.
• Participate in product roadmap planning, sprint grooming, and reviews.
• Conduct gap analysis, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and supports product development.

Qualifications/Skills
• 2–3 years of experience as a business analyst (preferably in the EHR or healthcare domain).
• 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫’𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 in 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of EHR systems and healthcare workflows.
• Proficient in wireframing and UI collaboration using Figma.
• Excellent documentation and writing skills for user stories and technical specs.
• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills to coordinate effectively with the US-based team.

• 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (US Time-zone)
