About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Telesales Representative who’s passionate about connecting with businesses and scheduling qualified meetings. Your mission? Engage potential clients, warm up leads, and book appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to businesses and decision-makers
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the closing team
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up on warm leads
• Clearly communicate the value of our digital marketing services
• Collaborate closely with the founder and sales team
• Hit weekly targets for outreach and booked meetings

Requirements:
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• 1+ year of telesales, telemarketing, or outbound calling experience
• Comfortable speaking to business owners and C-level executives
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
